An active user is counted as one of your users who actively uses Sency’s SDK. For example, if you have 10,000 users on your platform but only 2,000 are using the SDK during the month, you will only be charged for 2,000 active users.

That’s great! We do not charge any additional fees for heavy usage per user. Each unique user is counted once per month, regardless of the number of times they use the SDK. Our aim is to support user engagement, so there is no limit or price change if your users love what our technology offers.

BrandedUI refers to the ability to customize, adjust, or remove Sency’s default user interface (UI) and create your own. This customization option is available for every Kit except the Exploration Kit.
