What if I'd like to have a different assessment?

Great question! We offer custom assessments that allow you to build your own assessment easily, step-by-step, with minimal time and effort.

What's Included in the Free Integration?

The free integration includes full access to Sency's SDK, allowing you to build your ideal real-time experience. You can launch or test your product with up to 100 unique monthly users. This means you can explore our documentation, integrate our plug-and-play assessments, or create customized assessments or workouts at your own pace. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and ready to launch without any risk or commitment.

How long does it take to implement Sency's solutions in my product?

The current record is 54 minutes from installing the SDK to having a full fitness assessment working on our partner's app.

Who's in charge of the SDK implementation?

The responsibility for integrating the SDK into your platform lies with you, our partner. However, we are more than happy to share best practices, tips, and knowledge to help you maximize your user experience and drive growth in minimal time.

How Sency counts an active user?

An active user is counted as one of your users who actively uses Sency’s SDK. For example, if you have 10,000 users on your platform but only 2,000 are using the SDK during the month, you will only be charged for 2,000 active users.

What if my active users are using the SDK daily?

That’s great! We do not charge any additional fees for heavy usage per user. Each unique user is counted once per month, regardless of the number of times they use the SDK. Our aim is to support user engagement, so there is no limit or price change if your users love what our technology offers.

What does Branded UI mean?

BrandedUI refers to the ability to customize, adjust, or remove Sency’s default user interface (UI) and create your own. This customization option is available for every Kit except the Exploration Kit.
